Hi, I’m Audette Rose (she/her),

I hope that you’re able to learn a little bit about me today!

I am deeply interested in the ideas that are held about health and healing, and it is the fusion of my background in nursing and social work that has shaped and broadened my understanding of both. I view myself as a lifelong learner, with my lived experiences being one of my biggest teachers. And so, I appreciate the knowledge I have amassed while working within the health, shelter, and education system, and it is what I rely heavily upon in my day-to-day practice.

On a more formal note, I am a Registered Nurse and a Registered Social Worker, and in good standing with both regulatory bodies. My path, which I would describe as nonlinear, has led me to pursue training in different areas, including trauma and disordered eating, and to take an approach that is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, affirming, anti-racist, collaborative, and client-centred.
